I feel like I am doing nothing all day but bombard you with questions. But since I am making my ADR's tomorrow I have so many questions. We are planning on a meal at Akershus mostly for the character interaction and also because I would like to try some food from Norway as that is where my DH's family is from so I am curious. But since we are going to eat I want the food to be edible. What meal do you think is better? Maybe the one with the most options. If we have lunch there dinner would be counter around the world and vice versa for dinner.

I have always been an Akershus fan.

Lunch and dinner are similar menus. At lunch, the salmon is an open faced sandwich served with soup. At dinner it is baked salmon. There are BBQ short ribs and baked cod on the dinner menu. A trout entree is on the lunch menu. All the other entrees are the same, maybe with the exception of a few sides.

Check out the menus at AllEars.

The food at dinner was fine (though my salmon was overcooked). Desserts are very good, and if you want more, they'll bring you another platter of them. The cold buffet, which is really a fancy salad bar with lots of breads and other cold items, is good as well, and even the pickiest eaters should find something there they'll enjoy.

Thank you both for the replies. I guess I can't really go wrong with either choice.
