Akershus Dessert Question

I have a sort of odd question about the dessert at Akershus - does anyone know if you could ask for the dessert sampler to be only Chocolate Mousee Cake? In our party of six (3 adults 3 children), no one would touch Rice Cream (Ewww) or Lingonberry Cheesecake which means there would be no where near enough dessert to go around.

I was going to call Disney Dining but figured someone on the DIS probably knows the asnwer

I cannot say for sure but I am betting it won't be a problem. They really aim to please and I know that my daughter and I are the queens of the special request club. We have subbed sides, left things off, you name it at many WDW places with no problem. And once at Akershus, we got our sampler then realized my aunt couldn't have the strawberry sauce and asked for some without. They brought out a huge bowl for us right away, no extra charge.

We loved our dessert there so much that we had seconds on it, so I can't imagine it being a problem to delete two of the options. But we liked the rice cream, as horrible as it sounds--it's not like rice at all. Honest! I thought it would be terrible, and it ended up being one of the best desserts for our whole trip.

Thanks for the info - I'm sure if they'll do seconds they'd accomadate a "just the chocolate" request. The thing about the rice dream is I hate "mushy food" - it's my only food issue - no pudding, oatmeal, rice pudding, etc and my DH and Dmom only eat chocolate desserts. The kids are probably the least picky but they wouldn't try this and no one cares fo cheese cake so there we are - who would think dessert could be so complicated?
