What is the earliest seating for Akershus breakfast? How long does it usually take to eat and see all the princesses?

TIA!!
 
Well it opens at 8am so I would guess that is the earliest.. not sure how long it takes but I would guess around 1 hr at the most
 
Our Oct trip the CM said the first seating is 8:35 am so we took that
