Akershus breakfast on on a Saturday? thoughts please

Trying get an idea for our ADRs and the days I might want them. I'm wondering about the crowd levels (in the restaurant and the park itself) of doing this meal on a Saturday as opposed to a weekday. Pros? Cons? I should mention we plan on visiting in February or March of 2016. Very early in the planning stages but with Disney, it seems like it's never to early to plan. TIA !

There are several websites that post crowd calendars - I used one to plan our itinerary based on projected crowds and operating hours for each park on each day of our visit. I think these factors would have a greater impact than whether you visit on a weekday vs. weekend. You should be able to use one to start loosely planning your trip now, and then start firming up your plans when you reach your 180-day mark and start making ADRs.

Sure - EasyWDW. I won't know until later this week just how accurate it is for my dates, but what impressed me so far was that it predicted how the previously posted park hours would change between the time I started planning and now.

Another vote for Josh at EasyWDW. According to his current analysis, Saturdays are some of the best days to go to Epcot, so you are doing well to think about Akershus then.
