I was wondering the same thing and was planning on posting the question today. I am also wondering about how early to arrive. We have an ADR at 8am and have heard it talks awhile once you walk through the turnstile to get to World Showcase. If we arrive at EPCOT in the parking lot at around 7:30 is that enough time(sorry to hijack your thread, hopefully this will help you too)
is the second pavilion on that side of the World Showcase. I think at a good but comfortable pace it should take you about fifteen minutes to get to the restaurant.
A couple of other things you need to consider.
Are you going during an AM EMH? If yes, more people will be arriving so bag checks will be longer and getting to the correct ticket booth will take just a little longer. Depending on how early they start letting people through the turnstiles on an EMH morning, you may find yourself having to squeeze through people waiting at the ropes. There should be a cast member there to also check your ADR number. At DAK, it had to be someone associated with the restaurant, nit just any cast member, that has to let you through.
Are you taking a bus or driving? The EMH question is important here also. If driving and arriving early, we usually find that parking and walking is faster. If it is not an EMH morning you should be able to get really close at or a little before 7:30 AM. If an EMH morning the parking spaces will start to get further away and then the shuttle waith time comes into play. If taking a bus, you will be dropped near the entrance anyway. Just make sure you give yourself enough time to catch the bus at your origin.
On a somewhat unrelated topic, I have found that, if you arrive later than planned for rope drop and find yourself with long lines at the turnstiles, the ADR entrance is usually a good option for entry. On this past trip, twice they converted this entrance to a normal entrance shortly before letting people through. Just standing by allowed us to get through quicker.
