Which is better? We have a princess crazed almost 4 yr old and I am not sure which place would suit us better. Any suggestions? She loves all the princesses, so we are hoping to see the most all at once if we can.

My guess is that people will say that 1900 is better because we can do it on a day we dont go to the parks...but I am thinking we will really only have one day where we dont go to a disney park so that really doesnt sway me one way or the other. And we have the dining plan, so price doesnt matter unless one of them takes 2 credits vs. one.

Thanks!

If she wants princess...I say go for it....you will find more at Akershus, but i dont care for the food selections...Check the menu and make sure the Adults are willing to eat there first...

We absoultely loved Akershus! We went for lunch in January and we loved the food and service. We saw Ariel in her ball gown, Belle in her blue dress, Jasmine, Aurora, and Mulan. All interactions were wonderful and DS left full of lipstick kisses!

We went to 1900 Park Fare for breakfast with Mary Poppins, Alice in Wonderland, The Mad Hatter, Tigger and Pooh and it was wonderful, too! The food was excellent and the restaurant itself is very pretty. I don't think you can go wrong either way. On our next trip we are going to do 1900 Park Fare for the Cinderella dinner.

Since you have the dining plan, can you do both? I don't think you would regret it! Have a great trip!

I would say for dinner 1900 Park Fare, If you were doing breakfast Akershus. We didn't like what they had to offer for lunch and dinner for the adults, but breakfast was pretty good.
1900 PF is a dinner buffet, i think it may be one of the best buffets in WDW (but it may just be me :P).Dinner was Cinderella, Prince Charming, Suzy and Perla and the Fairy Godmother greeted you out front. Have fun!!!

We've done both in different trips.

We went to 1900 Park Faire with Cinderella. The mice, fairy godmother, and Prince Charming were there also. The food was good. It is a buffet.

This year we went to Akerhaus for breakfast. The girls saw Belle in her yellow gown, Jasmine, Snow White, Mulan, and Aurora. The food was pre-plated and served family style.

I would say, if you have a big Cinderella fan, go for 1900. If your daughter would like to see more princesses go with Akerhaus. My daughters loved both. They are big Belle and Jasmine fans so they liked Akerhaus a bit more.

I'm sure your princess will love whatever you chose; both are magical experiences.

We're planning both! (Plus lunch at CRT!) It will be DD's 5th bday while we are there, so we are doing up the princess thing to the hilt. I know she will be beside herself. princess:

We loved Akershus. We found more interaction with the characters. Maybe we just had good seats. I don't know but, we went for breakfast and it was even better than the castle!!!

We were there in June and did breakast at Akershus - it was great - we saw Jasmine, Bellel, Aurora, Mulan and Snow White - the breakfast was all you can eat, brought to the table. My dd's 4 and 6 loved it. We also did breakfast at 1900 Park Faire - with Alice in Wonderland and Mary Poppins (also Pooh, Tigger, and Mad Hatter) - that was buffet and the food and selections were great. Both meals were fantastic and the girls loved the interaction with the characters. As I was told before we went "More princesses for your buck at Akershus!"

I think it's relatively easy to see princesses like Belle and Jasmine outside of the character meals. We are going with the 1900 Park Fare because I think of all the princesses, Cinderella is the one who is most difficult to find outside of the castle...

We've been to CRT, 1900 PF, and Akershus.

1900 PF was great. good interaction with Cinderella, mice, Prince Charming, and Fairy GM in the lobby. Really good buffet. We've gone twice.

Akershus was ok. We've gone for breakfast and lunch. Enjoyed the breakfast food more than lunch food. Princesses went by very quickly, just quick pose and signed the book. We've seen at least 5 princesses there, plus Alice.

Had an awful time at CRT. Mostly due to waiter though, but won't go back for a while since it's so pricey. We felt very rushed. The 4 princesses (Aurora, Belle, Snow White, and Jasmine?) flew by! (Cinderella is downstairs for pics)

Akershus has the most princesses, so if that's what your daughter is into, go for it! I would recommend breakfast-- it's brought to the table so you don't have to worry about when would be a good time to get the food in order not to miss any princesses.

We did Akershus last week, and my own princess four year old fanatic LOVED it above all else. The kids ate pizza and pasta for dinner (the pizza looked very good), and lots of bread from the cold buffet. I liked the cold buffet lots and although my salmon was overcooked, everything else was very good; DH had a very "normal" chicken and pasta meal.

Our princesses were Aurora, Belle in her blue dress, Jasmine, Alice (from Wonderland) and Ariel (in the lobby). It was very nice and worth it for us. Aurora even kissed DD on the cheek, so she walked around with lipstick on her cheek for the rest of the day.

We found Cinderella at the end of a very long line in Toontown where we met Snow White (with a special "Backdoor Pass" because they switched her out at the last minute--so the CM got her from the castle for us :goodvibes ), so I felt like between the dinner and that Toontown night, we got all the majors done.

I debated as well about 1900 Park Faire because I know DD wanted to see Cinderella, but I chose Akershus for the number of princesses, and I'm glad I did. With the exception of Snow White, my daughter really doesn't care which princess as much as she wants LOTS of them.

We've never done Akershus, but were not impressed with 1900. I think I prefer sit down meals to buffet, plus we waited an hour for Cinderella to make it to our table. We had just come from a Disney Cruise and were exhausted, so we sat and waited. Otherwise, we would have left without seeing Cinderella.

From all the good reviews of Akershus, maybe we'll try there next trip.

If you want to see maximum princesses-then Akershus it is! :thumbsup2 If you want a little slower :hourglass atmosphere, Park Faire is great and the food is wonderful. However, only one princess (except once we say Cindy and Aurora-very unusual) We've done both several times and are doing PF this next trip twice-once for dinner and once (first time) for princess: DD 7 :bday: breakfast.
