Akershus and early entry to Epcot World Showcase

Hello everyone, this is my first post, but I've been reading many threads for my family's first trip this spring!

I was curious about scheduling an 8am breakfast at Akershus, and gaining early entry to the World Showcase. I have read many places that you would show your reservation number, be verified against a list, and then enter Norway.

My questions is once my breakfast is completed, will I be able to roam the World Showcase and view the topiaries and countries without other guests? Or is there another ticket area/will I be forced to leave the World Showcase once my meal is done?

I cannot imagine a breakfast taking more than 90 minutes, and the World Showcase does not officially open until 11 am.

Nope.
The rest of WS between Norway and France will be roped off.

You can walk over (counter clockwise) past Mexico to Canada-UK-France, if you like.
