My DD and her family are going to the world in May. She just called to say that on May 23 AK closes at 330 pm. I wasn't sure what to tell her but thought it could be with pandora opening in a few days. Or is there another reason. Also she was wondering if this would be a good day. They only want to do a few things since the park closes early. Or not to go to since it closes early. Any tips or advice. Thanks

That is for the press release I do believe. If they get there early and only want to do a few things then they should be fine.

Well it's been on the WDW calendar for the 24th but not the 23rd.

She might want to double check her dates so she plans correctly.

Just checked the official calendar for park opening hours, and can confirm it is indeed the 24th May that AK closes at 3:30pm. This is due to media events.
