AK-Tusker House turkey wrap?

Hi: The turkey wrap at tusker house, is it turkey that has just been roasted or the deli type of turkey. Have allergies to nitrates in cold meats? Anybody know.

I'm pretty sure it was not deli-type. You may want to call to be sure, though.
