AK Tree of Life

Hi Everyone. Is the AK Tree of Life lights on every night? Is it worth seeing it? We have to leave AK mid-afternoon to freshen up for a 6:30 ADR at Yachtmans. If it's worth seeing this, I'm thinking of changing our ADR from dinner to lunch. Thoughts?

It is every night. Maybe not worth a special trip, but if you were there already it's worth seeing.

It's pretty cool. I would try to make it IF it just meant being in the park a bit later. I wouldn't go back to the park only for the tree. I would go back for the night atmosphere and Parti and rides at night along with seeing the tree. I think I would be disappointed if I went only to see the tree. Each show isn't very long and they vary throughout the night.

And at least one of the shows is a little weird. It seems to involve a bird having an affair.

I think there are three or four different version of the Tree of Life Awakening show (as the PP said, one was a little weird) that they cycle through. I thought the shows were fun to watch, but I probably wouldn't make a special trip back to AK just to see them. If you're already in the park, I would stop by to watch as many of them as you can. On a side note, I don't think Yachtsman is open at lunch.

there are 4 different ones. I went over one day around 3pm, did a few rides, ate dinner and then was there in the dark to watch them. The main reason I went that afternoon. When I saw them they did 2 one right after another, then about a 10 minute wait, then 2 more. A CM I spoke to said there is no rhyme or reason to how they do them. She did say however, that the one that is Disney themed is the final one of the night. The park closed at 7 that night and she said the final one would be sometime after that. I thought it was worth seeing, if you can be at the park after dark.
