AK touring strategy

We are arriving in Orlando on 3/20 around 11 am and want to check in and then head to Animal Kingdom. We think we will be at the park by around 3pm and we will stay until it closes at 8pm. We are wondering what attraction/shows we could easily accomplish late in the day....we will be heading back to AK on our last day in the am for anything we didn't get to....Thanks for your insight and advice

You could definelty do some of the walking trails. As well as ITTBAB (this seems to always have a shorter wait). You should also be able to fit in a show and possibly FP a ride or 2 like Dinosaur, the Safari, or Kali. Also, if you want to see the parade, this would be your day to catch it then.
