AK Tour Plan

I would love to hear people's opinions or suggestions on my tour plan for AK. We are a family of DH, DW, DD6 and DD4 and we are visiting AK on June 30th with EMH from 8-9am and we are not staying on sight so we can't get in until 9. I know it needs work but need help!!

Safaris FP 9-10
Pangani trail
Baloo & King Louie MG
Flights of Wonder at 10:45 show
Maharajah trail
Mickey & Minnie MG FP 11:30-12:30
Bringing lunch and eating while waiting for Nemo
Finding Nemo @1pm FP
Walk around kids area & Goofy & Pluto MG
Daisy & Donald MG
It's Tough to be a Bug
Pocahontas MG
Lion King hopefully 4th FP around 5pm

Plan looks OK to me, except I think the first Flights of Wonder show will be at 10:30, not 10:45.

You still ought to have time to make that show, and with it ending at 11:00, that should help you do the Maharajah Trail, Mickey & Minnie greet, and lunch before 1:00 Nemo.

I doubt that Nemo and Lion King Fast Passes will really do much for you, so I wouldn't sweat those if I were you.

We never do Meets and Greets so can't really judge how long those might take you.

Should mention that Tough to be a Bug can be scary for young kids if no one has mentioned that to you before. (My experience with grandkids, though, is that it's really tough to predict who will be scared by what.)

Nemo, Flights and Lion King are all theater shows that let a ton of people in at a time so you really don't need a fast pass for them!

If you are going to FP a show, I would just go straight for Lion King. Since it's in the new theater, attendance may be a little higher & harder to get a same day FP. Plus, if sounds like you're going to line up for Nemo early to eat. That should ensure that you can get seats ok.

If you have a bit of extra time in the afternoon, be sure to check out the animal paths on Discovery Island around the Tree of Life. I personally love the Galapagos Tortoise they have tucked away in there.
