I wanted to check in early - I have a girl's week-end planned for this week-end & DH is off Monday so I may not get on the computer until Tues.

my cuts are done even bagged just need labels, money for postage & shipping box
I keep thinking of adding a few things just haven't got around to making anything extra yet. I'm trying to finish my albums before our trip in 3 weeks.

Can't believe your trip is in 3 weeks - that time went by quickly! Problem is that I find the last two weeks before a trip crawls at a snail's pace. Oh well....give you time to get some last minute pieces done!

the "snow" is flock and the top layer is also aged with chalk

okay here is Mr. Lion for group #4 along with the other journal box....decided not to attached the mane to the back just in case you would like to use it for a frame....also including two extra large paw prints

I used distressing ink, brown and orange chalk to add movement to the mane

Might have to lift this idea, too

Just got my laptop back on Monday from HP. Blasted thing is only 8 months old and has been returned twice! Not very happy about it. So, no, I haven't had a chance yet. The first thing I checked was to make sure the cord fit, though. It does Hoping to have some time this weekend to play. I'm still soooo intimidated by the looks of the program, though. Determined to master it because Reddy has so many files that I want to cut for our November trip. Once I get it down I'm just gonna sit and cut, and cut, and cut files and not worry about putting pages together until we return. That way all the work is done before, and all the play comes after the trip!

Austin - I know we are going to a movie tomorrow night - a chick flick that 2 of ladies wanted to see then shopping & pedicures on Sat then out to eat supper then going to some bar - was some pool time figured but it is suppose to rain so that may not happen.

hopefully I don't blow the budget for it(any left over money goes to disney so that is hope to keep me from spending alot)

Danielle & Cassey - you two are making my blush - thank you for the wonderful comments. i hope my files are easy to understand - if SCAL then you should just have to open them, cut paper to fit the color place on mat & hit cut - then figure out the puzzle of putting them together - best suggestion for that is to do a file for just my files then you know to look on my blog to see the finish item
