Lets say I can get a FP for FoP... (hey it could happen) Monday is EMH so get there at 7:45 and walk to Safari ride then over to EE. These should both be open by 8 correct? Or do we RD over at HS to hit TSL (figure we'd need to be there at the same time for 9AM opening), then do AK on Tues and be there for at 8:15 for a 9AM opening. With the same plan to do Safari and EE first thing while everyone else is over in Pandora. Wed will be MK where we will be there at 8:15 latest. Thursday rest day and Friday Epcot.
Or do we do Monday MK RD be there 8:15 to head over to Frontier Land. Tues AK 8:15 for RD. Wed MK, but not RD since it's PM EMH. Thursday Epcot be there at 8:15 and Friday HS be there at 7:45. So 2 days of MK, but sleeping in on Wed, but no real rest day.

Since your title is only about AK, I'll attempt answer that one.
Yes.
Do Safari and EE (or maybe that order in reverse) during AM EMH.

During morning 8am EMH at AK we got there at 7:45 and they had already ‘rope dropped’ and everyone was in pandora already. This was fine for us as we wanted to rope drop Navi, and then enjoy the rest of the park in the peace and quiet. We were off Navi by 8am (then saw so many people literally flat out sprinting over the bridge into pandora to get to FoP, felt bad for them as they hadn’t realised how early they had to get there to rope drop it, sprinting at that point was not going to save them a 100 min wait). Anyways after Navi we went on Everest multiple times, dinosaur, triceratops spin, Everest again multiple times and then a nice peaceful morning iced chai waiting for our 9am safari fast pass (which wasn’t needed as it ended up a walk on still). That hour at AK when everyone else is at FoP was magical! It’s like having the park to yourself, I wouldn’t miss it :cloud9: (though this was September, not sure how quiet EMH morning at AK is other times of year)

I would do EE then safari.
We have done EE at RD several times. We rode it 7 times in a row and only got out of the train to change to a different seat. Got to ride front, back and any other seat we wanted.
Then walked over to safari which still had a minimal wait.

Yes.
The reason that I did not more forcefully push for EE first is that several times (many times, really) when I've rope-dropped
DAK and rushed to EE...
EE has been down, first-thing.
And, they don't give you an ETA for opening.
Since the line for EE is never really backed-up for the first hour or so (as you said, you rode 7 times without a wait)
I think it might be just fine to do Safari first, then head on over through Asia to EE.

My plan in November is to do AM EMH at AK and go straight to EE. We have FP for safari, EE and Navi for mid morning. We have FOP on two other days of our trip so we won’t be attempting FOP this day. Our Navi FP is for noon and that’s when we will hit pandora. We will eat at SC then head out.
