AK RoL showing in March 2018?

The DIS posted the March 2018 park hours and RoL says "NONE" for the whole month. Is this normal? Are RoL hours released later on? Or is it just not happening that month? Sorry I'm confused.

It is far, far too early for the actual hours and events of March to be posted.

RoL will be added to the schedule as the actual dates get closer (figure within a couple of months
before your trip.)
