Yes, it's still there, and as HarleenQ said, it's a quick service. Never been a character meal. The only character meal in AK is at Tusker House, which is far, far from Dinosaur.

I thought many many years ago I ate breakfast there with characters. I don't remember it being very good. But that may be because it was never a character meal.

You know, now that you mention it and on second thought, I think there used to be a Donald Duck character meal there....which moved to Tusker House. Donald's Breakfasaurus, or something like that? It's vague in my memory, but it's ringing a bell now.
