AK: QS options...

Sorry for the stupid question: We are planning our AK day- and we have never done QS there. Maybe I have missed it- but I never see seating near or connected to the QS locations- so we have only booked TS. I feel like this can't be true..but what are our options for seating (indoor pref) with good food for everyone. We are a family of 4 (2 DS 6 & 2) and going mid-May. Thanks in advance!

Pizzafari and Restaurantasaurus are the only QS with indoor seating in AK. Lots of seating around Flame tree, Y&Y, and Harambe Market. There are also a number of tables at small landings around the river, but these may have changed with the recent construction.

Funny how you mentioned this...Just a minute ago, the DW was just talking about the menu @ Flame Tree BBQ.....I think this will be visited ..

Flame Tree is all Meat, if you have anyone in your party that doesn't eat meat there is very few options to chose from. Pizzafari have lots of choices, Also the Yak and Yeti counter service, has more variety than just meat.

We aren't going until next summer, but curious about flame tree. There is no indoor seating? Think that may be a no go for us in the heat. We don't like eating outside to begin with much, especially not in the best/humidity. Shame if not, menu looks good to us.

No indoor. They have lots of patios that are covered and pretty sure ceiling fans scattered around fountains and gardens by lake. It's really very nice to eat there.

For INDOOR: We prefer Restaurantasaurus
For OUTDOOR: Flame Tree been our go to but tried the new African market last trip and the food was very good.

Flame Tree BBQ is one of our favorite QS places. The patios are large & covered with plenty of seating. I can't remember if there are fans are not, BUT I do know that I have never been uncomfortable, heat or otherwise when we have eaten there. Flame Tree BBQ is a must do for us on every trip.
