AK - PPO ADR or Rope Drop?

Hey all! Have a strategy question:

Going to be hitting Animal Kingdom on a Friday in January 2018, according to multiple crowd prediction websites the crowds are going to be low. Park opens at 9am, no EMH hours that morning for AK.

We were originally going to Rope Drop Navi River Journey and FP+ Flight of Passage (if I can get them at the 60 day window). We have a Tusker House reservation for 10:40am so we get reserved seating for ROL later that evening.

Just saw an opening for Tusker House at 8:35 am, 25 minutes before the park opens. Does it make any sense to switch our breakfast reservation to the earlier one? Just wondering how it would affect our NRJ and FoP RD strategy...

Not if you intend to eat breakfast.

We went to RD Na'vi River and at 8:40 am Pandora was wide open no rope drop to be seen. FoP was at 60 minute wait at that time and Na'vi was 20 minutes.

So based on that knowledge, I should probably RD Navi, FP+ FoP, keep my 10:40am TH reservation and cancel the 8:35 am TH reservation.

Everything I've seen is that Tusker House PPO provides no benefit for Pandora. The back walkway isn't open that early so when you leave TH you'd have to walk around to enter through the front to Pandora
