AK or Epcot first?

We have to fit both parks in one day, so my PLAN A is: Epcot 9a.m.-1 p.m. for Future World, I will get FP for TT while others ride MS, (don't want to ride this), then fit it Soarin and HISTA with FP or standby, drive to AK while eating our packed lunches left on ice in car 1-2p.m., AK 2-5p.m. for ITTBAB, Kali, and Dinosaur and playground. Drive back to Epcot 5-6. Epcot 6-9 for quick counter service, world showcase for passport sigs, and Maelstrom, Illuminations at 9. PLAN B: Animal Kingdom 9-12 for above rides, 12-1 drive to Epcot while eating in car, Epcot for above 1-9, and Illuminations.

I am offsite, with a car. Neither are EMH, and AK is a good park listed on the Unofficial guide, Epcot not listed as good or bad that day. (June 1, 05)
I am leaning toward plan A, even though it has 2 drives to hop, because I am afraid we will miss Soarin, MS, or TT because of getting there in the P.M. with long lines. what do ya'll (obviously I'm from Texas), think?

Definitely Plan B, IMHO. We always do AK in the morning, especially in the warmer months because it gets VERY hot and we just don't find it as enjoyable when it's oppressively warm. With Plan B, you're giving yourself 8 straight hours at Epcot, which I would think would be plenty of time to do everything you have stated. I think Plan A has you running around too much....HTH

I'd agree that plan B sounds better! We definately like AK better in the morning hours. Plus it will give you more time at each park without the double ride between them.

Thank you for your posts. So far it makes more sense to go to Animal Kingdom first. I can remember getting pretty hot there during the summer, and morning would be better.
