AK Newbie Swap--SIGN-UPS COMING SOON!!

Ok, I know we're all AK crazy right now, doing the kits and elements!! (I'm so excited--AK is my FAVORITE!!!). We are on the swap calendar to have an AK Newbie Swap with sign-ups around the 6th of September. I'm actually going to do SignUps on Saturday, Sept. 1st, around 3-4 p.m. Eastern time. I leave for WDW on the night of the 6th, so I wanted to have them completed by then.

This is a "Newbie" swap in title, but everyone is welcome!! Please join in!! I'll ask you to limit yourself to 2 groups to start, but I'll open it to anyone, if we have spots open after a certain length of time.

I'm going to do it similar to piratesmate's MK Newbie Swap. There will be one free-for-all group (groups will be 6 people), 1-2 Attractions groups, and 1-2 Lands groups. I'll post the list of elements, and you can let me know what elements you plan to do. They will be a little different than what we have done for some of the other swaps--I'm going to put them at the "newbie" element list.

I'm also going to ask for regular check-ins, and I'll pm you if I haven't heard from you. If I don't hear from you within 2 days of the pm, I'll angel your spot.

That would have been a good thing to mention in the first post, huh? I'm a little out of it tonight--we've been without air conditioning for 3 weeks. . .but the guy is coming to fix it tomorrow!! Whoo-hoo!!

Anyway, back to the real point here: I'm thinking 2 elements--your choice. I'm going to use piratesmate's element list. It is:

I'm so excited! spent the morning doing prototypes for my stuff, I think they are so cute if I say so myself. Just wanting to double check with SIOH before I decide for sure (see you PM Brooke). Can't wait to get started on them.

I realized I bought extra supplies when I was shopping for Buffy's AK swap, so I'll probably sign up for a couple things after the newbies have their go at the signups. Can't have too much AK stuff, right!
