AK Logde same as Villas?

I am having a hard time finding info on the Villas... can anyone help?

The villas that are opening now are in the AKL, 5th & 6th floor. The new building hasn't begun construction yet.

If you go to the DVC section of the DIS there are several thread on AKV. There's one on this board too. That's where I've found most of my info. There's also a few things on youtube.
