AK Kidani Villas to MK before opening question

I need to be at the MK gates 15 minutes prior to opening for a D23 event next weekend. We are to be there at 7:45 a.m. when the park opens at 8:00 a.m.

What's the best bet for getting there that early and on time? I understand that the buses drop off at the T&TC and then it's a monorail ride over to the MK gates. How early do the buses start picking up at AKV to go to MK T&TC?

Or is a taxi ride the best bet for getting there on time?

The Resort buses go to the main entrance of MK so you will only be a short walk away from the actual entrance of the theme park.

What days are you attending? We are going the 7th and 8th and staying at BLT.

Resort buses start early enough in the morning, an hour before park opening, to get you there in time. The trip is less than 25 minutes from Kidani and walk from bus stop to front gate is less than 5 minutes.

Actually resort to park buses start at 6:30 AM, but they are infrequent, 30-40 minutes between buses. One hour before park opening starts the bus every 20 minutes schedule.

But yes, a bus is your best bet. You will dropped off a short walk from the MK gates, NOT at TTC. if you are out at the bus stop by 6:45 you should have plenty of time to get there.

If you want to sleep in, take a taxi, but don't take it to the MK - the taxi will drop you off at the TTC and you'll ferry or monorail over. Take it to the Contemporary and walk.
