AK & HS parking distances

I am trying to figure out if it would be better to take the Pop Century bus or drive. We will have a handicap parking pass. We will be renting a scooter when we get to the park.

AK will be our rope drop park then shifting to HS around noon.

Our Ak/HS day is Tues Feb 4th.

Also any hints on MK & EP would be nice.

I can't tell you much about the parking, but I wanted to point out that you run a great risk of no ECVs available at HS if you arrive at noon. Yes, once you pay for an ECV at AK you can just show that receipt at HS, but park rental ECVs tend to run out by mid-morning and you could find you have to wait for one to be returned. Depending on your party's needs, it might be best to rent off-site so you are guaranteed to have one.

HS handicap parking lot is the smallest lot and by afternoon is usually full and you will be sent to medical parking which is quite a hike. You can ask to park at the end of an isle near the tram stop for medical reasons which will drop you off closer then the bus or walking from the handicap parking lot.

When we went Thanksgiving week, the handicapp parking at AK and HS was was a bit of a walk. My husband dropped me off close to the gate when we could not park close. Coming back at noon, the parking was much tougher.
