AK entrance question

In preparation for my trip, I was thumbing thru some old WDW guidebooks I had. The 2000 Unofficial Guide mentions lining up inside the Rainforest Cafe for park opening at AK, as there is a turnstile entrance in there. Is this still true, or do they not do this anymore?

The 2-3 times I have gone to AK a few minutes before the park opens, it is a MOB scene unlike I have seen at any of the other parks...I would love to avoid that!

They did last October when I went, they would have to really otherwise people would just nip in through the shop and get in for free.
