1) For dinner I want to make ADRs at Ohana's at Poly R. About how long does it take by bus to get to the Poly R?

2) After dinner we would like to get to the Contemporary Resort for the Pals & Pirates Firework Voyage. How long would it take by monorail?

3) And when the P&PF Voyage is over (10-10:30pm), am I correct in believing we can take the monorail to the TTC and transfer on to a bus to take us back to our Resort?

Allow at least an hour maybe a little longer to get to the poly from your resort.

I don't think there are resort buses at the TTC, your best bet to get back to your resort from the Contemporary is IF the MK is still open or just closing then walk to the MK (ten-fifteen minutes) and take the bus from there if the MK has long closed you can take the bus to DTD from the Contemporary and switch to your resort bus there.

From AK, you will be on about a 15-minute bus ride that will feel longer than it is. Be sure to allow for time to walk to the bus stop, and waiting for the bus to arrive - could be 20-25 minutes.

To get to the Contemporary, you'll be on the monorail for about 15 minutes, since you have to go the long way around. If the MK is near closing time, it may take a little longer, since the stop at MK will be boarding a lot of people.

You won't catch a resort bus at TTC, especially not that late. One possibility may be to get to a park that's open late that night and transfer. If all else fails, you can transfer at Downtown Disney, but that is notorious for taking forever.

It sounds like this is going to be the end of a LONG day for you - under the circumstances, you may really appreciate taking a taxi. (And I say that as one who rarely suggests a taxi.)

go to Boma on your AK day instead of your DHS day? MUCH closer. I would look at what day you're going where and make adrs around where you plan to be rather than bussing all over the World - very time consuming.

I originally was thinking of Boma that evening for the same reason - right beside AK. But I could not figure out a way to get back to the Resort that would not involve go completely out of way to an open park or take a taxi. AK closes at 5pm and so does BB.

Because I thought the TTC had buses going to Resorts, I thought switching Boma and Ohana/fireworks would solve the transportation issue.

I guess I had better rethink these.

Thanks for the help everyone!!

Be aware that the park buses continue running back to the resorts for about 90-120 mins after the park closes. This is especially true for MK. You can take a bus to the MK, from AKL. Then either boat or monorail to the Polynesian from there. Monorail to the CR for your pirate thingie. Then, walk back to the MK if the park is either still open or if it closed within the past hr.

The only 'sure' way to do anything later at night is to take a bus to DTD and transfer to your resort bus from there. And that can be time consuming.

The only buses to be found at the TTC are buses to DHS and AK. This is also where offsite hotels will drop their guests in many cases. Then, those guests can use the ferry or monorail to MK, the monorail to Epcot or buses to DHS and AK.

Yes, sorry to confuse the issue. I was referring to getting a bus back to the resort (assuming on-site). Those will not be at the TTC as per the OPs question:

And when the P&PF Voyage is over (10-10:30pm), am I correct in believing we can take the monorail to the TTC and transfer on to a bus to take us back to our Resort?
