AK CS Recco

We arrive on SUnday, planning to head to AK immediately after check in. We'd like to see as much of AK as we can, then plan to do a CS dinner around park closing. I had planned on eating at Flame Tree BBQ, but wonder if we can still order and eat near park close time?

Is this possible or would you recommend another CS restaurant.
