Which restaurants at AK are available to be sitting in AC? I already see my hot and sweaty future lol and want a place to just recharge midday

Satu'li Canteen is our favorite for an air conditioned lunch/dinner.

Even when its hot outside, we enjoy sitting outside at Nomad. The inside area can be really crowded.
Tiffins, Satu'Li and Yak & Yeti would be our favorite spots with A/C.
