Ak 8 am rope drop strategy

I’m trying to finish our plans for our ak day on March 2. The opening time changed from 9 to 8 and I moved my fop FP up. Here is what I’m thinking (please let me know if this seems doable):
Show up from 7:20-7:30
Go to navi first
Kilimanjaro safari
Expedition Everest
Fop FP 8:35-9:35

I know it’s a lot of walking so I don’t need any notes on that. Our niece and her mom will have to try to keep up with dh and I. We are speed walkers in the morning so we can relax in the afternoon.

I think it can be done, if they let you ride Navi before 8am.

Safari 8:10-8:45
Everest 8:55-9:15

Since you have a 15-minute FP grace period, you could show up at FoP as late as 9:50 and be OK.

Those are good time estimates! I guess we will have to just see how it goes. Thank you!
