Believe or not we have never done morning EMH at AK or any park that I can remember and we have been to Disney several times.
How bad is wait times if we go to an 8:00 am EMH at AK in July?
We plan to go straight to the safari then the rest of the park but avoiding Pandora.
Can we get a lot done ?
When do crowds start to pick up with morning EMH?
What time should we arrive if we are not heading to Pandora?
I'm hoping we can get everything done that we want to do with little wait and then FP FOP and go back to the resort.

We did AM EMH at AK this past August (not in pandora), it was heavenly. A little busy but nothing insane at all. Was able to ride the rides we wanted to with little to no wait and then head out midmorning to escape the heat. We arrived around 8am and it seemed to get more crowded around 10ish.

That's good to hear. I wonder how it is now that Pandora has been open for a several months.

If you're not planning to do Pandora, you can get tons done during EMH. One day over the summer, we got there before the 8:00 rope drop, and when they opened we went straight to Everest (or Dino, I can't remember which). But we rode each of them at least two times before there were any crowds back there, plus Primeval Whirl twice.

Awesome :thumbsup2

If you get there early enough, you can ride FoP and NRJ within the first fifteen minute of the Magic Morning.

You should get to the park one hour before the start of the EMH to make sure you're in the first group of guests to ride FoP and NRJ.

Oh wow thank you very much for the video! I have heard people say to arrive 1 hour before. now I have seen how it does work if wanting to ride without a long wait. Enjoyed watching your video.

Thanks for the video. Really helpful, I enjoyed watching it.

We will need to use rider switch when doing FOP, does anyone know at what point going into pandora we'd be able to ask a cast member for this? Seeing the crowds I'm a bit worried we're going to end up stuck with a pushchair in the queue line unable to get back out! I know they need to see the child to give Rider switch
