airtran coupon question

Does anyone know if this can be applied to an already made reservation? Maybe for baggage fees or upgrade to business class? My future SIL has a ressie for Feb. 1.

I had the same question in another thread and then I decided to call ask. The answer is no, darn it! Said there was no way to apply the coupon voucher to the already paid fees. She also said no to using for baggage, it's just to use towards the flight fee. I also noticed it said it had to be used by Jan 1st anyway. We are flying to disney the 2nd so was hoping to use for baggage but no such luck!
