AirTran - choosing seats at check-in?

I have found a good rate through AirTran but it's what they consider a Web Special and says that you choose seats at check-in. There will be 6 of us, so I'm wondering if this will be a problem? There are 3 adults and 3 children, so I don't mind if we get split up a little, but we'd have to be in at least groups of 2 (1 adult and 1 child).

Just wondering if anyone has had any experience with this before.

If you do online checkin with Airtran, you can check in 24 hours prior to your flight time. You should really have no problem getting seats with at least one adult and one child together.

When we flew home in February on Airtran, we had no problems getting DH, DS and I all in the same row.

Yep,sure does.
You can also print the boarding passes at that time.

Thanks for the tip!!!! I didnt know this! Last time we flew with the web special we got the seats the way we wanted anyways (it wasnt a full flight in either direction). But, I will defiently try it this way instead!

Also, I just read Air Tran is now an offical airline with the Magical Express to Disney! The day is getting better & better!
