Hi! Can anyone tell me their experiences on this flight? Do they have Saturday flights? If so, what times do they fly? Thanks!

I fly ABE to MCO and back a few times a year. Their flight schedule changes every few months, but they've always had at least 1 flight on a Saturday. All summer & fall they have 2 flights every single day of the week. Every flight I've taken has been on time (and completely full!)

Once they fully merge with Southwest though, I have no idea what will happen at ABE, since SW has never operated out of there. Worst case scenario is that poof - they're gone!

Hopefully we won't lose them - I really don't want to have to fly into Sanford because I want to take ME.

What kind of flight times did you get? I was hoping for early morning going down and late afternoon coming back to be able to take full advantage of the Parks.

Their flight times have been different every time I've flown. In March I flew down on a Sunday eveing at 5:49pm & got into MCO at 8:10pm. Coming home on a Wednesday we left MCO at 2:30pm & got into ABE at 5:35pm. For my next trip in November, I'm leaving ABE at 8am & get into MCO at 10:10am, coming home I leave MCO at 8:35pm & get into ABE at 10:51pm. So that's nice, I get the 1st & last days almost fully in the parks!

How's the flooding over there in Easton? I used to live on the Lower Saucon/Williams Twsp border near Glendon.

That's good. It looks like a nice variety of times to choose from.

As for the flooding in Easton, the Delaware was minor. It was supposed to crest at 31 feet but only ended up at 25. The small streams seemed to have more flooding. We got some water in our basement but nothing too serious.

I was looking at their schedule for late September, there is only 1 non-stop each way and it's not everyday.

Service to Orlando, FL, is available on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays only

Service to Allentown, PA, is available on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays only

Looks like it varies depending on the date.

We also fly out of Allentown and use both Airtran and Allegiant. This coming Oct I head down for my 4th annual girls trip.:cool1: I am booked on Airtran on Mon Oct 10th. The flight was to originally leave at 5:25pm and arrive in MCO around 8:05pm. I decided to check the flight and found it now has changed to leaving at 5:45pm and arriving at 8:25pm. I am returning on Sun, Oct 16th. I leave MCO at 2:40pm and arrive in Allentown at 5:10. When booking airfare to Florida I always go back and forth between Airtran and Allegient to see who has the better times and prices.

Yes you're right, they're very sporadic in their schedules, it usually changes monthly. In November they have 2 flights per day, 7 days a week. I'm surprised the schedule is so limited for September. In March I think they only had 1 flight a day, but it was daily.

Glad you're safe over there by the Delaware! We had a roof leak that dripped all night long in my room...but the worst was that we lost power for 3 days. That's a long time to have no water or toilets (we have well & septic os not even a drop!)

Hey there neighbor! Aren't girls trips the best?! I'm taking my 5th one this November, and already planning another for January! If we're ever there at the same time we need to get together! More ladies=more fun!

We flew At last Nov. and had great flights down and back1 Flight times did change though so keep an eye on them(I got emailed updates)

TaraPA-Sounds like a plan. I love our girls trips. We usually do Oct as the other times of the year I go with DH:). We were hoping that next years trip since it will be our 5th that we go to Disneyland Paris.:cool1:

Wow! All those changes - that makes me nervous! I will probably book my airfare in December so hopefully the schedules will be out. I just need to make sure that they don't change from a Sat to Sat. I'll just have to keep checking.

Hi TaraPA! Was wondering about your flight to MCO that arrived at 8:10 pm. Our flight is arriving at about that same time and I'm struggling with the decision about what to do with our luggage. We're taking ME, but not sure if we should just get our own luggage or leave it up to chance when it might arrive at our room. My husband wants no parts of getting the luggage ourselves...he said that's his favorite part of ME!

I know it's not a definite about what time they'll deliver your bags, but could you let me know what your experience was? Thanks!

I can't help you out there as I only travel with carry-on bags so I have it with me at all times when using ME! In March I stayed at The Swan so I didn't use ME, I used the Mears shuttle instead.
