Airports (RANT)

Airports suck.

I mean actually, i love them. but at the moment i am waiting for my boyfriend to get here. i have been antsy all day and i just found out i am going to have to wait an additional three hours to see him! and i am not allowed to drive an hour away to the airport to get him as late at night as it is going to be. and now we can't even do anything tonight even though i wanted to so badly. we basically lose half a day because of the stupid standby line! and now he is even going to another airport to make sure he catches this flight to see me. he's amazing but i am so frustrated with this airport thing that i could rip my hair out!!!!!!!! i feel bad for him! i feel bad for me! and i feel just LOVELY for making myself look like a jerk (that is substituted for another not-so-teen-appropriate-workd) for putting him through this to his mom who is a flight attendant who is helping him get this flight on my account!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!!!

any ideas on how to pass the time?

right now i am going to eat - shower - clean up.

but i feel like that is going to leave another few hours free.

why don't you go out shopping and get some food, and make dinner and have it waiting for him when he gets to you? it'll keep you occupied and help you pass time. not to mention, anyone loves to have a nice meal waiting for them after a day full of travel. make his favorite food?

wow. tough break. just remember that its his choice. he wants to do this. i dont know what to tell you for passing the time. maybe a good book?

Flights are getting delayed A LOT these past few weeks.
Even on days when the whether isn't bad.
