Airport transportation at DLR

Quick question - can members use the disney express transportation from the airport to get to GCV? We are considering a purchase but will be travelling with non-DVC family - they are booked into the GC and are taking the express from the airport so we would like to do that with them.

There is a Disneyland Express bus from LAX and SNA but it is not operated by Disney, it's operated by Gray Line. Anyone can use it (it's not free). There's also SuperShuttle. I've used both.
