Airport transfers (feeling stupid and raging at the same tine)

Going to DP on Wednesday. Flying to Beauvais, booked VEA transfers as recommended by Disney, turns out they only run twice a day, around 10 am (we land at 10.05) and after 7 pm! :-( We are only there for two nights with a 3 day ticket!! Flight home is around 6 pm on Friday and the only transfer that gets us in on time leaves at 6.45 am!! So having already paid £80 for transfers we've just had to book a shuttle at almost £200 :-( I am not currently feeling the Pixie Dust!! I miss Orlando! Lol!!

What company are you using? How many of you are going? We payed 175eur for round trip Beauvais -DLP for 3 persons.

Can't remember, will need to check. Have decided not to dwell on it! We are still going to Disney tomorrow :-D, nightmare but can't let this spoil it!

Unfortunately not!! Have been told if I had called before now then I could have got some of the money back but cancelling at this late stage means I forfeit 100% of the charge. I ranted about having been missold a product I couldn't use blah blah but terms and conditions overrule that! :-( But I have to "have a good day ma'am" lol!! Oh well I tried!! This better be a good trip!!

The same thing happened with my friend. She booked the transportation and had no idea. When she found out it was too late.

I would write a complain.

I certainly wouldn't let this drop - you've definitely been missold a product.

Have a wonderful holiday and when you return complain in writing - don't waste money on phone calls.
