I presently have not got a ticket for the Disney transport from airport to Disney Hotel. Can these be bought at the airport? If so, is it at a desk or do you pay the driver?
If not, how do get there?

According to their website, you can buy the VEA shuttle tickets from your travel agent or at Aéroports de Paris counters in the airports, or you just pay the driver. I find it quite easy to buy them from the driver when you get there. I just check the prices on their website before I go, and then make sure I have the correct cash ready. I think you can also pay the driver by card.

If you would prefer to use the TGV, you can book tickets in advance on several websites. Have a look at this thread for the links.

I didn't realise you were off tomorrow!! Have a wonderful trip!! :Pinkbounc

Have a great trip.
Yes you can pay the driver when you board the bus :)

We paid on the bus and used Euro's but like Bexx I'm sure I saw soemone use a credit card.

Have a Fab time. :thumbsup2

We take the TGV high speed train from the CDG airport to the station at the Marne-la-vallee station (adjacent to the DLP entrance). It takes 10 ninutes.

We arrived at Charles De Gaule airport Terminal 2F, and it was a 10 minute walk to the airport train station (you walk indoors, and can use a luggage trolly the entire way).

We went to the ticket counter and asked for the next TGV to Disneyland Paris Resort, which is also called the "Marne-la-Vallee / Chessy" station. I'll have to check my notes or receipts to see what the price was. There were two prices, one for first and the other for second class. We opted for second class, since it was only a 10 minute ride on a high-speed train.

We generally find that train travel in Europe is very reasonable. Last month we visited Rome and Paris. The cost for the train from the Rome airport (FCO) to the city was 9.50 EUR. The cost of the RER train from CDG to Paris was 8.00 EUR.

Thanks for that, it really helps. I managed to find a pricing thing for the TGV and for two adults CDG to DLP and back again was £44, not sure if thats a good price or not.

That's about the cheapest price you can get it for. :) Any idea which terminal you are arriving at? If you don't land at Terminal 2 you will have to use the airport shuttle to get to the station. If you need some info on CDG airport, you can have a look at this thread.

That is great information.
We are staying at Disney for two nights before heading back to the airport for a cruise, so we will have a large suitcase each (3 children with us).
How would it be to manage with luggage on the train? And do you know how early the trains start running as our return to Venice is at 9:50 am?
Thank you for any help you can give!!
Marti

Put your travel date, and time you want to depart DLP or arrive at the airport into this page. Don't forget to check that the journey you choose only takes about 10-12 minutes and is "Sans changement". :)
