airport transfer time

I am planning our itinerary and PS's for our first day at Disney, and want to know how much time to allow from the airport to our hotel. I thought I would ask the experts....

We will land at MCO at 8:30am on a Sunday morning in June. We will have a TownCar service meet us to take us straight to AKL(no grocery stop).

Would it be unreasonable to plan on being at the hotel, pre-checked in, and ready to catch the bus to AK by 10:30am?????

I think that should be about right.... it takes about 30 minutes to get luggage and another 30 minutes to get from MCO to most resorts....of course everything depends on the airline being on time too..... enjoy your trip... you should be there earlier than you think...
