We have a 6 month old and are looking for advice on traveling from the airport to our resort. Are there any shuttle services you would recommend that have infant car seats?

We normally use Tiffany's Towncars but they only have forward facing seats and no infant seats. We'd like to avoid having to bring our car seat unless we have no other options.

Thanks in advance!

Since infants seats have more regulations on them I don't think you are going to find a town car service that will have one.

Why not just bring it with you? You can use it on the plane, which will be great for letting your little one sleep. Then you can just put it aside in the resort until it's time to go.

Another option would be to rent a car. Or of course there is ME where you would just hold your LO. I'm assuming you are using the Disney buses in the resort area too right?

Thanks for the feedback. On the plane, we actually don't have a seat for her and plan to carry her on our laps, so I would have to check the carseat, which is fine, but another thing to carry.

We thought about ME, but we were planning to hit the grocery store on our way in, and then on the way back, I thought I read in one of the posts that ME only allows 50 lbs bags heading to the airport. We are flying 1st which allows us to pack 3 x 70 lbs bags each and with the way the wife packs, I can bet on them being 70 :)

Maybe consider a grocery delivery service so that you don't have the need to stop at the grocery store? We've used Garden Grocer in the past, and I have no complaints. I'm sure that there are a few others in the area as well. If you do a search, you're bound to find all kinds of info here on the boards.

We went in January and our baby girl was 6 months old at the time. I would highly recommend ME. Don't take more than what you have to. We didn't carry a car seat (she sat on our laps during the flight and on the bus). We brought our stroller and were perfectly fine. And if you end up renting a car, you can always rent the car seat as well.
