Airport to HoJo to Port of LA

Hello,

We are flying in to LAX, staying at DL HoJo for three days and leaving on a Carnival Cruise after.

Does HoJo offer a shuttle, and if so, is the frequency any good? How about getting to the port of LA Long Beach from HoJo? Just seeing if we should instead rent a car.

The HoJo doesn't have any dedicated shuttles, as far as I know, but I know Primetime Shuttle will pick up from there & go to the port.
