I will be bringing about 300 disney pins in my carryon. Do you think I will have a problem with security at the airports. I don't really want to pack in check in luggage because you can't lock the luggage anymore. Any thoughts?
I have never had any problem bringing my pins in my carryon. The most that has even happened is that they have opened my pin case and used some type of wand thing that I think checks for bomb residue. But they don't even do that every time. They seem to be very used to the pins in Orlando, but they tend to be more suspicious in other cities where they don't seem them as much. But I have never been forced to check my pins.

We just got back today. DH always takes his pin bag in a small rolling carryon. In Newark his pin bag was searched. In Orlando it was not. In Newark the inspector said , " is there anything in here that would cut me?"...DH said no, only collectors pins. She searched every page. No problem at all.
