airport pick-up?how does this work

Dollar has such a good rate at pie in feb. we are gonna take it-but my concern is it shows a plane icon but does not say on-site, it states "airport pick-up" how does this work?
our arrival is at 11:00 pm so i wonder if it will be a hassle, i get in a shuttle and then i stand in line and pay and then i finally get the car, what do i do with all the luggage?

Dollar is in the terminal....no hassle, just go to the desk on the rental car level, after processing your reservation, they will give you directions to the garage to get the car. It is a lot easier to let everyone wheel their own luggage out to the car....it isn't far and getting out of the garage and circling back for a curbside pickup of the family is long and time consuming at MCO.....cars are in the garage right by the terminal.
