Airport ID for kids?

Hi,

We're leaving tomorrow...yeah!!!
First flight for my two dd's 4 and 6.5
What, if any, id do they need?
I don't have photo id's for them, and I'd rather not bring Birth certificates if I don't have to.
(We're traveling Continental if that helps)

Hi Marion,

No IDs are necessary for anyone under 18.

This always frustrates our 17YO, who wants to show his driver's license!

Children under 18 do not need ID unless they are around 2 and you didn't buy them a seat; some airlines require proof that they are under 2 years old.
