Can anyone recommend a hotel near or in the airport that is pretty nice? We are looking at taking a 6:30 am flight, and want to be close.

I would love to stay at the Hyatt in the airport, but it's over 200. Has anyone ever gotten a good deal on that?

Hyatt will occassionally show up on Hotwire.

you are looking for the 4 star with a at least a 4 rating on Trip Advisor.

I have stayed at the Fairfield Inn which is in your price range. Good shuttle, good location. My brother did the LaQuinta and had no complaints

I was able to get the hyatt on hotwire a few years ago in Jan. for 89 a night.
It also has tennis courts in the description:cool1:

We got the Hyatt last year for $55 a night on priceline. Probably just luck though!

There was just a report on betterbidding.com that the Hyatt airport went for $45/night. OP, if you are not familiar with priceline, I would suggest bidding there knowing that their fee/taxes will usually add somewhere between $10-20. That translates to someone getting the Hyatt between $55-65/night all fees included. If your dates are firm, educate yourself on how to bid at priceline and give it a go.

We are staying at the Hyatt in two weeks for the same reason - early flight. We got it on Hotwire for $ 74. It seemed like it is there pretty regularly.

We stayed at the Hyatt in the airport last Friday and Tuesday night....Friday night it was important that we got the Hyatt because our flight got in late....so I did my research on Hotwire and received this hotel.

The second night it was not as important that it was the Hyatt so I watched betterbidding and biddingfortravel and rooms at the Hyatt were going for $43....that is what I bid and received the Hyatt...I have noticed (jut my opinion) that they Hyatt in the airport usually accepts lower bids on 3* than the other airport properties..once you start your frredd rebid strategy and work your way up in $, you start to hit on some other properites. I know I will get some negative responses to this statement, but I have watched these 2 research sites for years and bid on Priceline for years too.

My suggestion would be to research both of the sites listed. good luck
