Just wanted to let you know my experience so far:
Placed order for 2 X 7 day Disneyworld tickets on Sept 24th. Received email immediately. 5350 airmiles total.
Mon Sept 30th - Received email saying the tickets have been shipped
Wednesday Oct 2nd - received notice on door from Purolator
Thursday Oct 3rd - Picked up the tickets from Purolator
They are the credit card style ones (one Mickey, one Minnie) and I was able to link them to my MDE immediately.
