Has anyone ever been able to put Airmiles towards a Disney World resort?

Yes we used AM to make a Magic Your Way package a bit more discounted... but I wouldn't advise it. Use the AM to get the tickets for cheaper prices.

Yes, the Magic Your Way packages rely on their travel agent partners to make the offers.... We did not get the best value from the package they offered, because we already had airfare and the bundled package price included it.

As I said, what I have learned is to earn AM to get cheaper tickets, and keep a constant eye on the resort stay offers - Disney announces them, the travel agents announce them, the DIS boards always are talking about them...
