I was just wondering if anybody would know the answer to this. I know the Major airlines have a place right at the port where you can check your backs for the flight home.

I think Delta is one of them. We are flying in on Song, which is run by Delta. Does anybody know If we can use this service for Song Airlines?

Thanks,

Jim

I checked into this before we left for our 1/15 Magic cruise. I was told by a Disney manager that you cannot use the airline check-in counters at the port unless you have Disney transfers. We did not buy the transfers and instead arranged for a limo service to pick us up and our bags. It did appear that this policy was enforced on our trip.

Good luck and enjoy your trip.

That is correct....DCL USED to let anyone check their bags with the airlines at the port, but now you must have DISNEY TRANSERS in order to use the airline check-in service at the port.

And yes, we were able to check in with Delta for our Song airline flight last year.

We have Disney Transfers back to MCO, we are on a 2:00 flight, if we get off the ship early, and we could make an earlier flight, would they make the change at the port, or should we not check our bags, go to the airport, and try to do it there??

Clarabelle....

A few times when we checked in at the port with the airlines we were offered an earlier flight than what we had scheduled. So, ask at the port with the airlines and if they have an earlier flight available they will probably put you on it!!! Oh, we were never charged a change fee for this either!!
