Airline Ticket Question

We usually buy our tickets directly through Northwest (we live in Memphis, what can I say?) and I am familiar with having vouchers issued if there is a drop in price. However, due to the necessity of having to be on particular flights this time, Cheaptickets.com has a much better price. Do they also issue vouchers if the ticket price drops?
