Hello,

I hope I'm posting this in the correct forum; if not, would a moderator move it, please? I'm a c5/6 quad and use a powerchair for mobility. My question is a simple one, I hope.

Does anyone know of any of the direct telephone numbers (800 or otherwise), email addresses, or names of the Special Needs or Disability Service Offices of any of the major US airlines?

Are these numbers, email addresses, and names top-secret?

Thanks,
Alegria

When you call the airline toll-free number and get reservations, tell the agent that you need to be connected to the Special Needs or Disability Services department. I know it slows things down, but that is the way it works with all the airlines.

Some of the airlines have the phone number out where you will find it easily, but some don't have it in a very easy to find place and you will need to look around.

Other than what Cheshire Figment mentioned, I'd suggest going to the individual airline's website and looking for a "Search" function. I have been on the websites of most of the US airlines and have been able to find the contact information by doing a search. Try "wheelchair" or "disability" and you should be able to find their web page including those words. That page almost always has contact info, including a phone number.
