I hope I'm not exposing my ignorance here, but I was looking at the menu for Grand Floridian Cafe and ran across Roasted Airline Chicken. Am I the only one who's never heard of Airline Chicken? Can someone explain what that is because right now, I'm picturing an old in-flight, dried up, nasty chicken dinner! I'm pretty sure that's not what it is...

:rotfl2: No, that's not what Airline Chicken is. And don't feel dumb, I didn't know what it was until pretty recently and I consider myself somewhat of a foodie.

Airline refers to the cut of meat - it's a skin-on breast with the first joint of the wing included.

Whew! I feel better know that! Thanks for the info. I will chalk that up as my "one new thing I learned today!" :goodvibes

LOL...I just heard the term about a year ago on Food Network and I thought the same thing.... dried out chicken on a cardboard tray! I really don't miss those meals!
