family will be at FW, when we leave for our 11:20 am mco flight how does it work at FW for bags?

Does FW have Airline check-in?
Do we just take our bags in the golf cart to the front desk and check in at BAGS?
I guessing it's just as if we were at any WDW resort.

You're correct! The fort has Airline check-in. The last time I did it, it was just outside the Outpost.

Just find a minute to go speak with them while you are there.

Checked luggage can be unwieldy on the golf carts. We arranged for a courtesy van to pick us and our luggage up and take us to the reception outpost to check our luggage through and to catch the ME bus. We chose to return our golf cart the day before we checked out. It saved some money and it was easier to have someone pick us up with our bags than to try to time the return of the golf cart before ME, etc.

If you go to reception a day or so before you check out, they'll get you signed up for the courtesy van to get you to your ME bus timely. It worked perfectly for us. We even had two different departure times from our cabin and they worked with us to get me and DD16 out and then my sister's family a few hours later.
